Response

Given the very real danger of false teaching that leads us away from the truths of the gospel, it is reassuring to know that God is the one who keeps us from stumbling. God will present his people to himself as perfect reflections of his Son, Jesus, in order to display his own glory and to share his eternal joy with his people. That hope is sufficient to sustain us in the face of whatever God brings into our lives.
