To the memory of Mike Taylor,
who served Christ faithfully at Grace to You for 27 years.
Among other things, Mike coordinated the editorial work
on these commentaries. It was a rich privilege not only to be
his pastor but also to work alongside him for all those years.
The Lord took Mike to heaven unexpectedly just as this volume
was going to press. I will miss his devoted partnership
and the joy-filled way he constantly encouraged all of us.
